Careers Events
At the EqualEngineers Careers Fair, exhibitors will tell you what it is like to work for them and what you can expect from pursuing a career with them. Pathways Programme 
The EqualEngineers Pathways Programme identifies that engineering students from diverse backgrounds face barriers in securing graduate employment. The 12-month programme is made to run alongside the academic year to support these students. The key elements of this include:

  • In-person careers insights and employability workshop sessions.
  • Online programme supporting students on work readiness, emotional intelligence, employability, and interpersonal skills development.
  • Mentoring programme pairing-up engineers from industry with engineering students.
  • Work experience, placement, internship and graduate opportunities from engineering and technology partner organisations.
