You’re invited to an insight session, hosted by Enterprise, on Monday, 3rd October to mark #BlackHistoryMonth2022.
Designed to inspire, support and nurture the leaders of tomorrow, our online event will be hosted and attended by some of our most successful black colleagues and their allies, who will share the career-related insights that have led to their personal and professional achievements.
About the webinar:
- The webinar will offer a variety of engagement opportunities, the first being a practical employability workshop, hosted by our training and development team, focusing on how to develop your personal brand.
- Sak Gill, General Manager and member of Enterprise’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council, will then deliver a keynote speech, sharing his thoughts around diversity, equity and inclusion, and why this topic is so important to businesses like Enterprise.
- We will close with a panel discussion, where our colleagues will be available to answer your questions. As well as sharing their experiences on how to be your authentic self at work, they will also offer advice on how to reach your full potential – both in your personal and professional lives - by explaining how they overcame the obstacles that sat in the way of their success
- We will also select a student who attends on the day to win an opportunity to shadow a department of their choice with us here at Enterprise.
